Job Title: Supplier Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing new beauty brands onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. You will leverage your understanding of the beauty industry and your network to identify, engage, and onboard key partners. This is a critical role that directly contributes to our company’s expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new beauty brands, from initial contact to successful integration onto our e-commerce platform.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and business development teams to negotiate and finalize supplier agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty brands, serving as their primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and effectively resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for our partners.
- Market Insight: Utilize your understanding of the beauty industry and your network to identify potential new brand partners and market trends.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our supplier onboarding processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Mid-level experience in supplier onboarding, vendor management, or a similar role within the e-commerce or beauty industry.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including key players, trends, and brand dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong network of beauty brands.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM or onboarding software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
Reporting Structure:
This role will report directly to the Co-founder.
