Training & Development
Should be a seasoned sales trainer
Field training experience preferred
comfortable in travelling
Should be good in creating and understanding data report
Post Graduate / Master’s degree (Preferred) in Marketing
/Sales/Business or similar.
Minimum 6 -10 years of relevant experience.
English, Hindi
Good in Content development and PPT creation skills
Should be comfortable in online offline both trainings
Prior exposure to Handholding and managing OJT
Driving business conversion and revenue
Should have taken initiatives to make training more effective and business improvement
Should know how to do TNI
Batch success rate should be good
Should know how to create Info-graphics, one pager, knowledge deck etc.
