Location: Delhi (Safdarjung Enclave)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience: 3–4 Years

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive Procurement & Operations Executive who will manage end-to-end procurement along with supporting administrative and HR coordination activities.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, manage vendors efficiently, and ensure timely availability of office assets, IT equipment, and operational resources while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.

πŸ›’ Procurement & Vendor Management

Manage end-to-end procurement of IT assets, office supplies, and operational materials

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors (domestic & international – US/UK preferred)

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing

Compare quotations and finalize vendors based on quality and cost

Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices

πŸ“¦ Inventory & Asset Management

Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and procurement logs

Ensure proper tracking and allocation of IT equipment and materials

Monitor stock levels and handle replenishment planning

πŸ“Š Process & Compliance

Maintain documentation for audits and financial compliance

Work closely with finance for budget tracking and payment processing

Create procurement reports and cost-saving analysis

Implement and improve procurement SOPs and processes

🏒 Admin & Operations Support

Manage office administration and vendor coordination

Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support across teams

Handle logistics and coordination for multiple locations if required

Support HR in onboarding logistics and coordination activities

Assist in general employee-related administrative tasks

πŸ‘€ Candidate Profile

3–4 years of experience in procurement, operations, or admin roles

Experience in NGO / Education / Startup environment preferred

Exposure to IT asset procurement and vendor management

Experience with international vendors (US/UK) is a strong plus

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in Excel and tracking tools

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
