ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consulting with pharma clients to plan, design and execute consulting projects.
Understand business problems and requirements to recommend solutions.
Designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
Expertise with various Pharma datasets
Strong knowledge of Data Management concepts
Optimize BI Solutions for performance and intuitiveness.
Manage project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Develop solutions based on BI platforms such as custom extensions, and NLG/NLP-based solutions.
Analyzing the data to identify trends and share insights.
Providing support to pre-sales and marketing initiatives within Datazymes
Participate in client discussions, demos, and Proof of Concepts development.
Mentor team on data, technology, and business aspects to ensure seamless delivery.
Must have skills:
Deep experience in the Pharma Commercial Analytics domain
Understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing operations within Life Sciences
Strong knowledge of data management, relational & dimensional data modeling concepts
Proven experience as a BI Developer
Ability to articulate customer requirements and translate them into BI- applications.
Data Blending and Dashboard Optimization Experience
Team management and project management experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in pharma life science analytics, supporting Commercial and Sales functions. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying dashboarding, data visualizations, and analytics using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Sense/QlikView
