Role

We are seeking a high-impact Offline Business Head to manage, scale, and lead UG offline centers across NCR\*\* (approximately 10 centers). This is a P&L ownership role requiring a \*\*hands-on, entrepreneurial leader\*\* who can drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and significantly expand market share.

The role demands deep understanding of the \*\*UG education / test-prep ecosystem\*\*, strong institutional relationships, and the ability to build and scale high-performing on-ground teams.

## Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L Ownership

\* Own \*\*end-to-end P&L responsibility\*\* for the NCR offline UG business

\* Drive \*\*revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization\*\*

\* Set and achieve \*\*monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets\*\*

\* Identify and execute \*\*expansion opportunities\*\* (new centers, new catchments, new programs)

Center Operations & Scale

\* Oversee operations of \*\*~10 offline centers\*\* across NCR

\* Ensure consistent \*\*academic delivery, student experience, and operational excellence\*\*

\* Improve utilization, batch strength, conversions, and retention

\* Establish SOPs, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms

Sales, Marketing & Growth

\* Drive enrolments through \*\*schools, tuition institutes, referrals, and local outreach\*\*

\* Design and execute \*\*city-level growth strategies\*\*

\* Optimize center-level sales funnels and counselor productivity

\* Collaborate with marketing teams on offline activations and campaigns

Partnerships & Institutional Relationships

\* Build and maintain \*\*strong relationships with leading schools across NCR\*\*

\* Develop partnerships with \*\*large tuition institutes and feeder programs\*\*

\* Represent the organization at school events, education forums, and partnership discussions

Team Leadership & Capability Building

\* Hire, train, and manage \*\*center heads, sales teams, and academic coordinators\*\*

\* Build a \*\*performance-driven, ownership-led culture\*\*

\* Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations

\* Drive accountability and execution discipline across centers

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

\* Proven experience in \*\*UG education / test prep / offline education businesses\*\*

\* Demonstrated success in \*\*managing multi-location centers with P&L ownership\*\*

\* Strong understanding of \*\*school-driven acquisition channels\*\*

\* Experience leading \*\*large, on-ground teams\*\*
