Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR)
Location: Corporate Office (Frequent travel to Faridabad, Manesar, Pune, and Chennai)
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: 10-15 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Centralize HR functions across all units to ensure uniform policies and processes
• Develop and implement talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits administration
• Strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations across locations
• Drive digital transformation in HR operations using ERP (SAP)
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team in workforce planning
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in industrial relations, talent management, and HR policy implementation
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of HR analytics and ERP (SAP) systems
• Ability to drive change management and cultural transformation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel across multiple units
