WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates come from a marketplace, e-commerce platform, beauty retailer, distributor, or brand partnerships background, with an existing network across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and DTC
brands.
You’ll identify, negotiate, and onboard top U.S. and international beauty brands — using your knowledge of category buying, pricing, margins, commercial terms, and marketplace operations. You’ll
engage directly with founders, brand managers, sales directors, and C-level executives to close deals fast.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the beauty category from an existing marketplace, e-commerce platform
Ability to onboard top selling brands quickly in the Beauty & Personal Care industry
Existing relationships with U.S. beauty, skincare, cosmetics, DTC brands
Strong negotiation skills and commercial understanding
Understanding of marketplace operations, SKU selection, pricing, margin, promotions
Self-driven, data-oriented, and independent
Understanding of inventory, and category performance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Onboard top U.S. and international beauty, skincare, and personal care brands
• Leverage industry relationships to accelerate brand partnerships
• Negotiate commercial terms and guide the team to close deals
• Build a strong procurement and launch pipeline
• Work with category, merchandising, and marketing teams to launch brands
• Track brand performance post-onboarding

• Experience engaging founders, brand managers, sales directors, and C-level executives
• Familiarity with indie, K-beauty, clean, prestige, and mass beauty categories
